Raw value vs graded value
Raw value is what the item is worth as it sits today. Graded value is what it could be worth if a grading company confirms its condition.
Graded value is only worth chasing when the gap covers grading fees, shipping and the wait.
UNBX shows an estimated grade range, not a promise. Graders can disagree with a photo.
If UNBX says Needs check, it couldn't see the condition well enough to compare the two.
